Brett Fowler has been involved with the cyber operations/intelligence community for fourteen years as an engineer, special technical operations planner and interactive operator supporting both offensive and defensive missions for the Department of Defense. While on active duty Brett logged over three thousand combat mission hours conducting cyber operations in support of United States Cyber Command, Special Operations Command, and other organizations worldwide. He leverages this tactical level of experience as the site lead for SAIC in San Antonio supporting multiple customers in both cyber operations and R&D areas.
A graduate of Utica College, NY. Brett holds an MS in Computer Science with thesis work in the vulnerabilities of SATCOM networks and unconventional cyber warfare. Brett is an advisor/coach for youths through Cyber Patriot and an avid golfer, technologist and home brewer. His newest ventures include using drones to assess Wifi/GSM networks using Software Defined Radios.
