Tech Brief: Xyber Technologies has developed a cooling system for electronic platforms that requires no power and has no moving parts.


Value Proposition: Xyber Technologies provides adaptable cooling platforms allowing increased computational density with no moving parts and no power requirement, while reducing server power by up to 30% and data center cooling demand by up to 75%. Operational temperatures ranging from ‐10F to 110F (‐23C to 43C) offer access to deployments of systems where previously unavailable (i.e., hot climates without significant HVAC infrastructure). Physically sealed IT equipment enables deployment in harsh environments, redefining the term "ruggedized." The Xyber cooling platform efficiently moves heat away from electronic systems while significantly reducing power consumption and allowing increased computational density. IT systems can be designed for greater climate flexibility; resistance to dust, smoke, and sand; and less maintenance. Integrating with current and future electrical components, this cooling platform does not impede the use of any mission equipment, has a greater than 5 year life, and meets or exceeds requirements per MIL‐STD‐196.
