Tech Brief: Our Voice/UC security system protects contact centers and other key voice/UC resources from complex, application level attacks such as Telephony Denial of Service (TDoS), financial fraud, robocalling schemes, social engineering, voice phishing, harassing/malicious calls, and customer ID theft, toll fraud, and voice spam.
Value Proposition: The DHS S&T Cyber Security Division (CSD) and SecureLogix are focused on solving this issue and applying it to voice security threats. SecureLogix is working on multiple research projects, focused on solving spoofing detection/authentication and applying the results to the voice security issues described above. The solution is based upon a series of filters, which assign a risk score to every call. The image below illustrates these filters. SecureLogix is working with multiple pilot partners, such as 911, other emergency responders, and large financial organizations to deploy and test the technology in the real-world.
